Deep and Kavit Shah answered that question with a twist — CHIPS ON A STICK. What began as a humble food truck concept soon became a national sensation, drawing huge crowds and becoming a staple at Australia’s biggest events. It wasn’t long before it secured its place as one of the country’s most iconic and in-demand food truck offerings. As the business grew, so did the vision. We expanded our menu, invested in high-volume kitchen operations, and built a fleet of state-of-the-art food trucks and trailers. These are more than just vehicles — they’re fully equipped commercial kitchens on wheels, designed to serve fast, fresh food while meeting the highest food safety standards. But we didn’t stop there. With more than two decades of combined industry experience, we’ve evolved into much more than a fleet of food trucks. Today, The Food Trucks is also a trusted partner in food truck vendor management, working closely with event organisers across Sydney to curate, coordinate, and manage diverse food truck lineups. Our in-depth industry knowledge and operational expertise have positioned us to deliver smooth, high-quality food experiences for both organisers and guests alike.
